  • Who reviews the medical records?

    We have a panel of MDs who will be reviewing you cases. Our panel consists of specialists from various fields, such as internal medicine, gynecology, obstetrics, neurology, orthopedics, urology, pediatrics, ENT, anesthesiology, cardiology, and psychiatry.

  • What is your usual turnaround time?

    We can process a case in about 7 to 10 business days.

  • Are we HIPAA Complaint?

    Yes, we are HIPAA compliant and we have implemented several control measures to ensure confidentiality. We are also willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement with you before signing a project.

  • How do I get started?

    As an initial step, you will be provided exclusive access to SkyMedicos cloud-based client portal to upload your records. We will provide an itemized estimate and a detailed work plan for your approval. We will begin the process as soon as you have approved the estimate and the work plan on the portal. You will also be able to track progress transparently using on dashboard, which will provide real-time updates on the status of the records.

  • Can you give us an estimate before I commence any project with you?

    Yes, you can request an estimate through our “Estimate Calculator” which is embedded in our website. We will also provide a detailed, itemized estimate on request. Please note that we will begin creating the summary only after you approve our estimated project cost.

  • Should I prepay for summary services?

    No. You do not have to pay for the service until we deliver the summary. We will share an invoice along with the completed files. We accept ACH and payments through checks and credit cards to ensure a hassle-free payment process.

  • Are our records safe? Do you comply with HIPAA?

  • Should I pay an expedited fee for rush jobs?

    We do not charge expedite fees on all cases, but there would be a nominal expedite fee, in scenarios where a high-volume case needs to be closed immediately.
